Dearly beloved in Christ,

Warm Greetings in the name of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ.

It is with profound sense of belonging, responsibility, and gratitude for God’s gracious work among us that I extend my heartfelt greetings to every member, family, friend, and visitor of CSI Immanuel Church, New Jersey. Our very name, Immanuel – God with us, embodies the profound assurance at the heart of our faith: that God accompanies us through every season of life, sustains us amid uncertainty, and calls us to become bearers of his presence in the world.

In Ephesians 4:3, Paul urges us to “make every effort to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.” This call to unity is not merely an ideal, but a responsibility entrusted to each one of us. The phrase “make every effort” suggests an active, intentional, and even strenuous commitment. Unity does not happen automatically; it requires vigilance, humility, patience, and love. In a world often marked by divisions and differences, the Church is called to be a living witness to a deeper unity – one that is rooted in Christ and sustained by the Spirit. Unity does not mean uniformity. Rather, it is about holding together our diversity in love, respecting one another, and journeying together as one body in Christ.

As an Immanuel Family, believing in “God with us,” we are called to embody this reality in concrete ways. If God is with us, then we are called to be with one another: to listen, to care, to forgive, to stand together and to share each other’s burdens. Let us therefore, renew our commitment to be a united congregation – where humility replaces pride, patience overcomes impatience, and love binds us together in perfect harmony.

Let us participate actively and wholeheartedly in the worship, ministries, fellowships, and various activities of our church, recognizing that each person’s contribution is invaluable to the spiritual growth and collective witness of our congregation. Our faithfulness in small things reflects our commitment to God and our respect for one another.

Let us walk together as one body, one Spirit, and one hope – so that in our life together, the world around us may glimpse the reality of IMMANUEL, God with us.
